The founder of The Cut Gallery has a solid foundation with a bachelors in Business Management from West Chester University. Fueled by a passion for the art of hairstyling, she acquired her cosmetology license through Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in 2017.

A seasoned barber with four decades of experience, Mike brings an unparalleled level of expertise and skill to our team. Having honed his craft, he has mastered the art of classic haircuts catering to his clientele.

A graduate of Premier Barber Institute in 2023, Nick aka "The Nerdy Barber" specializes in shaves, beard care, and seamless tapers. Known for his kind demeanor and warm energy, he excels at making clients feel comfortable and
valued.

With a passion for barbering and over 3 years of experience, Mackenzie sees her career a craft, not just a job. Licensed through TCHS, she brings precision, creativity, and a client-first approach to every cut. Whether it’s a classic look, modern style, or fresh fade.

Outside the shop, she stays inspired through nail art, horror films, her cat, her reptiles, and time with family. She's all about sharp details, good conversation, and making sure every client leaves feeling confident.
